Highway facing & Commercial Plots cost extra. b) 60 feet road facing plot cost extra @Rs.75/- per sq.yd. c) 50 feet main road facing plot cost extr Rs.60/- per sq.yd. d) 40 feet main foad facing plot cost extra @ Rs.40/- per sq.yd. e) Corner plot cost extra Rs.25/- per sq.yd. f) These extra costs shall be paid at the time of booking itself.
Members can reserve the plot of thier choice out of available plots and obtain confirmation letter from the office on first come first serve basis by paying Rs.27000/- (per sq.yds.) in advance.
Installment money shall be paid on or before 12th
of every month in our office.
Note: The above mentioned Plot Cost will be valid for 5th Month from the end of the scheme. After that members have to pay revised rate.
